A common question is… What is your work out routine?
To be honest, I don’t have a strict work out schedule. I like to stay active, but I’ve never set a structured schedule for work outs.
Pilates on the mega-reformer, or the machine of death is my absolute favorite work out for results. My favorite Pilates studio in NYC is called “SLT”. It stands for strength, lengthen, and tone. That is exactly what this pilates does. The resistance training using the machine is one of the hardest work outs I’ve ever done. I feel results almost immediately. I love the way it tones your abs, arms, and legs. It really tones your entire body without any heavy cardio.
