10 May Vegetarians Rule
I’ve been a strict vegetarian for about 6 years now. I eat eggs, and dairy products, but no meat, fish, or seafood.
Diet and weight is mainly based off of what you eat, not how much you work out. If you are constantly working out, but still eating unhealthy foods, you aren’t going to achieve the body you want. Eating healthy is so important for not only the physical appearance of your body, but the inside too! Many health related issues can be reduced or even avoided but eating a healthy diet.
Being a vegetarian isn’t for everyone, but I recommend researching it more, and trying it out for a week or two. You’ll be surprised how much energy you can have, and how good your body will feel.
